- For spare parts required due to quality issues within 7 days, we will provide the parts free of charge and cover the shipping costs.
- For spare parts required due to quality issues between 7 days and 12 months (battery, motor, controller, display, and lights have a 6-month warranty for electric scooters; basic parts have a 6-month warranty for electric bikes), we will provide the parts free of charge, but the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
- After the 12-month warranty period, any spare parts replacement costs, including parts and shipping, will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Consumable parts (such as tire kits, brake kits) that wear out during use, rather than being damaged upon receipt, must be purchased and replaced by the customer.
Non-Quality Issue Handling
If the product fails due to non-quality issues, even within the warranty period, we will only provide after-sales service but will not cover any related costs. Non-quality issues include, but are not limited to, the following situations:
- Battery, controller, display, or wiring damage caused by prolonged exposure to rain or immersion in water.
- Normal wear and tear of parts (including but not limited to tires, inner tubes, brake pads, cables, screws, and scooter/bike frames).
- Faults caused by unauthorized modifications, additions, or alterations to the product’s appearance or functionality by the user without our confirmation.
- Faults caused by the user’s failure to follow the instructions for use, maintenance, and care in the user manual.
- Faults caused by improper storage or usage in unsuitable environments.
- Inconsistencies or alterations in the invoice, model, or serial number.
- Incidents that do not comply with warranty terms as required by local laws and regulations.
- Spare parts purchased by the customer are not covered by a warranty. If the parts are damaged upon arrival, they may be returned and replaced. However, if the parts are not damaged upon arrival, we will not bear any costs (e.g., if the purchased model is incorrect or unsuitable, and the customer requests a return or replacement, all associated costs will be borne by the customer).
