RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION POLICY


Returns: If an item/order(s) is broken or spoiled when it is delivered then you should notify us as soon as possible or in any case within 7 days of delivery, otherwise the returns policy becomes invalid. You will have the option of returning the whole order or just the affected items. You can notify us by email the order number, tracking number and serial number of your order, and send us the photoes or videoes of where the product was damaged. We will promptly verify your request and furnish you with both a return address and confirmation of acceptance for the return. We only provide returns for unused products purchased at the official store of www.haloknights.com, and all the labels and logos of the returned items show no signs of tampering or alteration. We do not accept returns for used products or orders purchased on other platforms or dealers. You bear return shipping costs and risk of return. All refunds under this returns policy will be paid within 30 days after we receive the returned goods and verify their condition.
Unauthorized return or cash on delivery without the seller’s consent will be rejected.
The return policy works only for purchases direct from the Halo Knight Official website.

Cancellations: If you request order cancellation before the goods are shipped, and we confirm and successfully cancel the order, a full refund will be issued within 1-2 working days.
Should you cancel the order or reject the goods post-shipping but prior to signing for them, you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs. After receiving the returned goods, we will deduct these costs from the payment you paid to provide a refund within 7 days.
Cancellation of product orders after receipt is not accepted.
