- The battery, motor, controller, and meter have a warranty period of 6 months.
- Within 6 months from the date of receipt, if there is no human damage, the corresponding warranty service will
be provided.
2. Basic Parts:
- The body/folding device/shock absorber has a warranty period of 12 months.
- Within 12 months from the date of receipt, if there is no human damage, the corresponding warranty service
will be provided.
- The brake/accelerator/speed limiter/charger has a warranty period of 12 months.
- Within 12 months from the date of receipt, if there is no human damage, the corresponding warranty service
will be provided.
- The headlight/taillight/RGB light strip has a warranty period of 6 months.
- Within 6 months from the date of receipt, if there is no human damage, the corresponding warranty service
will be provided.
1. Spare Parts Distribution and Costs:
- Within 7 days of receipt, for spare parts required due to quality issues for electric scooters, we will provide the parts free of charge and bear the freight costs.
- Between 7 days and 12 months from the date of receipt (for electric scooters, the battery, motor, controller,
meter, and lights have a warranty period of 6 months; for electric bikes, the basic parts have a warranty
period of 6 months), for spare parts required due to quality issues, we will provide the parts free of charge,
but the freight costs will be borne by the customer.
- After the 12-month warranty period, any costs for spare parts replacement, including the parts and freight,
will be the responsibility of the distributor for both products.
- Consumable parts (such as tire kits, brake kits) that wear out during normal use, rather than being damaged
upon receipt, must be purchased and replaced by the customer for both electric scooters and electric bikes.
2. Handling of Non-quality Issues:
- If the electric scooter malfunctions due to non-quality issues, even within the
warranty period, we will only provide after-sales service but will not bear any related costs.
- Non-quality issues include but are not limited to:
- Damage to the battery, controller, meter, or wiring caused by prolonged exposure to rain or immersion in
water.
- Normal wear and tear of parts (including but not limited to tires, inner tubes, brake pads, cables, screws, and the
scooter frame).
- Malfunctions caused by the user's unauthorized modification, addition, or alteration of the product's
appearance or functionality without our confirmation.
- Malfunctions caused by the user's failure to follow the usage, maintenance, and care instructions in the
user manual.
- Malfunctions caused by improper storage or use in an unsuitable environment.
- Inconsistencies or alterations in the invoice, model, or serial number.
- Situations that do not comply with the warranty terms required by local laws and regulations.
1. Spare parts purchased by the customer have no warranty:
- If the parts are damaged upon arrival for electric scooters, they can be returned and
replaced.
- However, if the parts are not damaged upon arrival, we will not bear any costs (for example, if the purchased
model is incorrect or unsuitable and the customer requests a return or replacement, all related costs will be
borne by the customer).

2. User Manual Review: Please carefully review the provided user manual(English version). For user manual in other languages, kindly contact our customer service to request user manual in your preferred language.
3. Installation Tutorial: Please attentively view our installation tutorial guide or video, and securely tighten all screws as instructed to guarantee riding safety.
4. Initial Charging: Please fully charge the e-scooter upon receipt for the initial charge. Avoid riding with low battery levels to prevent damage to the battery.
5. Safe Charging: Charge the e-scooter correctly. Turn off the e-scooter, plug the charger to the e-scooter first, and then to the power socket. Use only the original charger provided. Once charging is complete, disconnect the power socket first, and then disconnect the e-scooter. Avoid contact with metal at the charging ports to prevent short circuits (not covered under warranty).
6. Riding Preparation: Before riding, inspect and securely tighten all screws, ensuring the safety lock is engaged. Initially, use the low gear to acclimate to riding the e-scooter, and only shift to higher gears once you're familiar with all functions. Avoid high speeds when not accustomed to the scooter's functions to prevent loss of control and potential injury.
7. Controller Protection: Frequently utilize dual drive, particularly during uphill climbs or at high speeds, to safeguard the controllers. Prolonged use of the single drive may lead to overheating and potential burnout of the rear controller.
8. Maintain Meter P Value Unaltered: Avoid unauthorized modifications to the meter's P value, as it may result in speed discrepancies or malfunctions. Certain parameters, once altered, cannot be restored, and such situations are not covered by the warranty. We strongly advise against making arbitrary changes to ensure optimal performance and warranty coverage.
9. Battery Maintenance: To maintain your battery, make sure to charge it before it fully depletes to prevent damage from low-power riding. If the e-scooter is inactive for an extended period, charge it once every 1-2 months and store the battery within the 30%-80% charge range.
